What “zero rollover” does and does not mean

Budgeting outside US dollars
USDC aims to track the US dollar, not your home currency. If you normally budget in euros or Canadian dollars, the exchange rate still affects your purchase and later conversion. Stablecoin pricing does not make the entire journey free of currency risk.
