Thanks to this designation, the operator can obtain one of the three categories of the igaming licenses that are available in the commonwealth.<\/p>\n<p>In the past, only companies with a physical location and online operators with a market access agreement with such a casino, were allowed to apply for an igaming license. The PGCB periodically allows entities out of the state to apply for offering online games in the state. The first apply was made in the end of 2018.
